What is full service?

Full service means Snappr generates the image for you based on your brand direction. This includes a rigorous quality control process to ensure no hallucinations so any image is ready to post to your website, social media, etc.

How does Snappr create brand aligned images?

With Snappr, you can create creative guidelines used to train models specifically for your brand. As you scale, our models adapt to consistently generate on-brand images.

What if I'm not happy with an image?

Once on a paid plan we include up to 1 revision for every image.

Generally a revision can be any combination of the following:
• Fixing anything related to product integrity relative to the reference images we received
• Removing anything in the composition that is distracting
• Touch ups in lighting, resolution, output size, realism

The following changes are considered a new job and NOT a revision:
• Changing the inputs for the scene, such as the description or the inspiration image
• Changing the product for the scene
• Adding or swapping props

Do I own the rights to images?

We give you a perpetual license for all images while on a paid plan.
