We had a fantastic experience with Lesley. He was incredibly punctual, arriving right on time and fully prepared. Throughout the shoot, he was accommodating to my requests. His communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable session. The final photos turned out good, capturing every detail beautifully. I would recommend Lesley for anyone looking for a professional and reliable photographer! Experience with Snappr was not so good, nothing bad but when I needed to contact them urgently there was no way to contact. Due to personal reasons, I had to reschedule the shoot, but there was no way I could do it on my account as it was within 24hrs. I wanted to request snappr to change the details but they don't have any phone number. I waited for 2 hours for customer support for online chat but no response, which put me in a lot of stress. I emailed them and the response to email was 24hours later which is of no use when you need to talk them urgent for last moment change of time. Luckily Lesley (the photographer) came to rescue and he could change it on his end. But the amount of stress I had for those few hours was a lot, I thought I was going to loose $209.00 that I had to pay in advance. So 5 stars to the photographer but -1 to snappr customer service.
