She was first off just adorable. She handled our Crew of 19 like a pro. My oldest daughter said " wow mom, that was surprisingly painless"! Meaning with 6 kids and their spouses and 10 grandchildren, mostly toddlers, everybody walked away still happy and we got all the various combinations of pictures we wanted in record time. I was worried that it would take forever and that the little ones would have a melt down before we were through but didn't happen because Felicia knew what to do in a friendly and professional manner. Would recommend her to anyone:)
