I love art photography and enjoy the creativity of the photographic medium. In my professional work, I combine this creativity with a focussed desire to fulfill and exceed my brief, providing images that stand out and connect, whether with corporate customers, or private individuals. I am fully self-taught as a photographer, beginning in product photography for my partners exclusive vintage fashion business. Then, over a period of 15 years, I developed first into gig photography, (covering up to 5 events a week for 2 years), estate photography, before slowly branching out into events and lifestyle photography. When I stop taking photos for a living, I often relax taking street photos and modern architecture and have won awards for both of these genres, amongst others. My other relaxation is to go walking out in nature, when I consciously leave my camera behind so that I can immerse myself in my surroundings.
