How did you get started with photography

I was lucky enough to be travelling a fair bit as a commercial floor layer so I started snapping away at the beautiful sunsets and lanscapes as I travelled and eventually decided that I wanted to put down my toolbelt and pick up a camera full time.

What do you love about your job?

Every shoot is a challenge. It's never just one aspect that needs to be perfect. It's balancing perfection across many different aspects like lighting, composition, subject matter, client satisfaction and when a client has an opportunity to be creative in what they would like to achieve, that's where I have the most fun.

What are some of your favorite places in Central Coast to take photographs?

I live on the central coast, so there's an infinite array of beachscapes that I adore, rainforests and bushwalks to be had with camera in hand, there's also markets every second day where you can find families and friends coming together to help support the local communities and shopkeeps.
