More about Wylie A....
What do you love about your job?
I love the feeling I get when I make a great photo. After I hear the click and see exactly what I was looking for, there isn’t anything better. And if the client loves it as much as I do, I call that a great photoshoot.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have some product shoots, food shoots, family shoots, portrait and senior photo shoots. I always try to make the client comfortable, because not everyone is made to be in front of a camera. I look for fun opportunities in the environment to make each shoot have that unique feel. I did this one shoot recently of a bodybuilder, and he had never had a photographer photograph him before. However, I was able to keep him comfortable and smiling the whole time by talking to him about bodybuilding, my own experience as well as asking him about his. It ended being a nice shoot and we made some good photos with it.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
I had a small exhibit of work in the South East Museum of Photography.
A fun fact about this photographer
I played competitive soccer for 10 years as a kid, and even now I still enjoy to kick the ball around for fun. Me and some buddies even thought of joining an adult league just for the fun of it.
