More about Weston K....
What do you love about your job?
I love my job because of the people. It still amazes me the people and situations I get into with just the simple tool of photography in my hand from meeting new friends in NYC to teaching photo workshops in India to photographing spring and summer clothing collections in Norway to flying over Maui in a helicopter with my Father to promote a helicopter company to photographing a wedding which took place on a dirt bike track with races continuing behind us. It's the weird and amazing places and sweet people that make this job amazing!
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done a lot of portrait sessions from senior high school portraits to model agency headshots to capturing many couples on their wedding day. My way to make a shoot feel special is to bring calmness to the clients and bring out emotions of confidence through positive conversation and guidance through the whole photographing process. I want my clients to feel 100 % themselves and I do everything I can to provide a chill, relaxed and stressless environment to capture my clients in the best way!

A fun fact about this photographer
I was a "mutton buster" ( children ride a sheep for 8 seconds before throwing off) as a child which I competed in the rodeo as a real-life little 5-year-old cowboy. I grew up with my boots on, hat crinkled, belt buckle visible, blue jeans dirty and western shirts tucked in at all times on my childhood farm in Oklahoma.
