I used a camera through high school capturing things that intersted me. I continued to follow this passion by enrolling in photography classes in college and finally minoring in photography with a major in graphic design. My entire life, I've been looking at the world through the perspective of a lens. I admire most when I see a perfectly lit shot appearing naturally in nature; 3 point lighting happening in the natural world!

What do you love about your job?

I love meeting different people all the time and capturing their images through photo and video. I really enjoy helping people be the hero of their stories and I know a project isn't complete until this happens.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I've done many teens sports portraits and really enjoy their looks when they see their photos. In the Instagram era, image is everything.

I have been published in Downbeat Magazine in a jazz article on a Thelonius Monk tribute taking place in Nashville, TN.

A fun fact about this photographer

I love spending time with my wife and daughters when I'm not bombing down mountains on my downhill bike. 60's Soul and 90's hip-hop make me a happy camper.
