What do you love about your job?

Creating beautiful imagery. I feel accomplished when I create imagery from an idea that meets or exceeds expectations.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

For portrait shoots, I always think of the equipment as secondary and put conversation forward while snapping photos of the small moments between forced poses. Not putting the camera and session first helps to disarm the client and you get a more fun, engaging, and better shoot.

I was an on-air radio personality for 90.5 KSJS during my time at San Jose State University. I had a 4-hour show every Thursday night.
