More about Marshall M....
What do you love about your job?
Partly, it's about the first four letters in Freelance, which of course is about having more choice over when, what and where to work. But beyond that, we live in an A to B society, where the focus is often on the destination rather than the journey. Photography forces you to break that journey into segments, 1/125 of second long, where you can witness "wonder" that would normally be overlooked.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
When I'm on an AirBNB Plus shoot, I always tour the home first and carefully look for details that provide insight about the interest of the owner. I also look at how natural light falls throughout the home. These pieces of information help me craft the shots for maximum impact. Interior shots should always beckon "come see me in person" to potential clients.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
None yet, but that will come.
A fun fact about this photographer
I'm old enough to remember when image post processing involved chemicals instead of software.
