What do you love about your job?
I love the storytelling photographs can have. As I work in all forms of photography I can take the ugliest landscape and make it gorgeous. My clients are the best because many have never had a photo shoot before and after they always say "that was easy and fun." then after they get their photos their expression on their face is always a heart filled moment to see their smile.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Again I have done all types of photography. My favorite shoot has to be when I was in grad school working on my thesis and I was working with and photographing the Autism Community. It was close to my heart while taking amazing portraits of these individuals and seeing the parents reaction when they saw their child's photograph was a great feeling that I was able to capture who they really are. This was also very special to me as my older brother has Autism so the project hit close to home for me.

Lena's photos have been featured in ChicagoStyle Wedding magazine, Chicago Lowe's Hotel social media. Many of her fine art photos have been showcased in art gallery's in and around Chicagoland.
A fun fact about this photographer
Was in the marching band color guard in high school and college and was also a Flamenco dancer for 12years.
