More about Kseniia G....
What do you love about your job?
I love it because it's my work is not just about taking pictures; it's about encapsulating emotions and narratives that resonate. Every frame I capture is a testament to the beauty and diversity of our world.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
As a photographer with a decade of experience, I've had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of shoots, each with its own unique challenges and rewards. From portraits and personal branding sessions to grand weddings and lifestyle shoots, my portfolio is a tapestry of human experiences.
In portraits, I focus on creating a comfortable and engaging atmosphere, allowing the subject's true self to shine through. By carefully selecting locations, playing with natural light, and encouraging genuine expressions, I ensure that each portrait is a reflection of the individual's personality and story.
For weddings and love stories, I take a documentary-style approach, capturing candid moments that often go unnoticed. I believe it's these spontaneous, unguarded expressions of joy, love, and even nervous anticipation that truly encapsulate the essence of the occasion.
In personal branding and lifestyle shoots, I collaborate closely with my clients to understand their vision and goals. This enables me to create images that not only resonate with their personal or professional brand but also stand out for their authenticity and creativity.
Regardless of the type of shoot, I always aim to infuse each project with creativity and personal touch. I pay close attention to the details, the play of light and shadow, and the emotions of the moment, ensuring that every photograph I take tells a story and leaves a lasting impression.
A fun fact about this photographer
An amusing and somewhat memorable incident in my career occurred during a particularly lively poolside photo session. In my quest to capture the perfect angle, I took a step back, only to realize too late that there was no ground beneath my feet. Yes, I ended up taking an unexpected plunge into the pool, camera and all! Thankfully, the camera was unharmed, and the incident turned into a hilarious moment that both my clients and I still laugh about. It not only broke the ice but also led to some spontaneous and genuinely joyful shots post-splash. That day, I not only captured great photos but also a funny story that I love sharing!
