What do you love about your job?

Real estate photography has a special place in my heart for the art of capturing spaces and bringing them to life through my lens. What truly captivates me about real estate photography is the power to showcase the unique character and potential of each property.

What truly ignites my creativity is the opportunity to play with light and composition. I relish in finding the perfect angles, utilizing natural and artificial lighting to create a mood that resonates with the space. It's a delicate process between capturing the functional aspects of a room and evoking an emotional response from those who view my photographs.

One of the most rewarding aspects of real estate photography is the collaboration with clients and the satisfaction of exceeding their expectations. What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I have done many products, family, portraits, sports and of course the favorite Real Estate sessions.

To make special real estate photos that stand out and captivate viewers, I follow some techniques:

1. Composition: Experiment with different angles and perspectives to create visually interesting compositions. Use leading lines, symmetry, and the rule of thirds to guide the viewer's eye through the image and create a sense of balance.

2. Lighting: Pay attention to lighting conditions to highlight the property's best features. Utilize natural light whenever possible and consider using additional lighting equipment, such as flashes or reflectors, to fill in shadows and create a balanced exposure.

3. Staging and Styling: Arrange the furniture and decor in a way that enhances the space and creates an inviting atmosphere. Remove clutter and personal items to allow potential buyers to envision themselves in the property. Consider adding small touches like fresh flowers or strategically placed props to add warmth and personality.

4. Focus on Details: Capture the unique architectural details, finishes, and textures that make the property special. Zoom in on intricate woodwork, stylish fixtures, or eye-catching materials. These details add depth and visual interest to your photos.

5. Exterior Shots: Don't forget about the exterior of the property. Highlight its curb appeal by capturing well-maintained landscaping, inviting entryways, and any unique architectural elements. A fun fact about this photographer

I’m originally from Russia and there was a music band named “Hi Fi”. One day, I came across one of the soloists and wanted to be polite, so I told him - “ I’m a big fan of your amazing band “Wi Fi” (it was the first thing that came out of my mouth 🙈) Pretty embarrassing but at this moment also fun 😅.
