More about Jadene M....
What do you love about your job?
I love connecting with individuals to create something uniquely beautiful and personal that shares a collective vision. The job of the photographer is not only to capture the obvious moments— the, "I do," the first dance, but to share what isn't obvious— a flower girl giddy with excitement at her first gig, a happy dog running through adoring crowds. Moments are fleeting, but photography gives the stage to them. I think that's priceless.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've done headshots, editorial shoots, documentary work, and events. Part of what contributes to my style is really getting to know clients, their aesthetic vision, the energy of the venue, and even their sense of humor. All of the small details contribute to the big picture.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
Scholastics Gold Key X2. Fine Arts Photography Awards. UNICEF Art Party Nominee.
