I picked up a camera to start photographing my friends that skateboarded and played in Punk Rock bands during the late 80's and 90's in San Jose California. I studied Fine Art photography in College. Photography is something I do on a daily basis regardless if it's a paying gig or I'm out shooting stock photos or working on a new portfolio.

What do you love about your job?

I love when I'm photographing someone that hates having their picture taken and seeing them get excited about the photos I take of them.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I've done just about every type of photoshoot there is. I bring my own style to each of them. I am influenced by artist for all different disciplines so I bring a lot of differnt points of view to making photographs.

The author Ann Rice and I were born with the same first name. Neither of us go by it though. I'm a pretty good Air Guitar player and just "OK" at Air Drums.
