In 2016 I invested in my first Canon DSLR (Team Canon!), I picked it back up and started shooting Senior portraits, family, and newborns. I lacked a lot of confidence until I joined my church in 2018. My Sister in Christ, Mikaela, asked me to shoot a Sunday service at my church, Liberate Church. I was nervous because I've never shot portraits during church service before. I felt this is where my gift came alive. I started to see freedom through my lens as I captured people declaring their freedom for life's challenges. My whole portfolio took shape and the hobby formed into a business. I started shooting for my Pastors marketing and invested in myself by taking a studio lighting course from an amazing photographer here in Dallas,TX. From there, I allowed myself to grow. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing individuals from headshots to events to birth photography.
