What do you love about your job?

My job gives me a chance to interact with the world and it's people at large in a way that I would probably not have otherwise. I am forced to look at it a little bit different each day in order to grow as a photographer and as a human being.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I have done Business Headshots, Fine Art Portraiture, Personal Branding, Automotive, and Events. I have made all of them special by meeting my clients expectations.

A fun fact about this photographer

I started a grassroots awareness campaign with a friend, now colleague, called "Their legacy remains." Our purpose is to create awareness by photographing and interviewing people with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. The initiative was created after my friend saw that I had been taking photos of my grandmother, who suffers from Parkinson's related Dementia.

The project has been a bright spot of my life, and I am grateful that I get to give my time to it. It a way for me to not only honor my grandmother, Elva Mae; but also a chance to bring awareness to a devastating reality that affects a large percentage of our aging population.
