More about Al J....
What do you love about your job?
The number one thing I love about my job is seeing my clients' reactions to my work. I have been doing this for a long time and have learned how to take direction very well. However, the most challenging aspect of this profession is that no two clients have the same vision. This means that I have to be able to easily adapt to different styles and visions.
Despite the challenges, I love putting in the hard work and taking criticism in order to perfect my craft and ensure that my clients are more than satisfied with the final product. Seeing their eyes light up and their cheeks fill with smiles is the most rewarding aspect of my job. My satisfaction doesn't come from the monetary value of my work, but rather from the bright emotions of my clients. This drives me to do better every time and keeps me passionate about my job.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
As a professional photographer, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of shoots and projects over the years. Some of the types of shoots I have done include: portrait shoots, event photography, real estate and landscape.
Overall, I try to make every shoot special by bringing my creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to my craft to every project I work on. I believe that every shoot is an opportunity to create something meaningful and memorable, and I strive to bring that level of care and attention to every project I take on.

A fun fact about this photographer
I was born and raised in the smallest city in the smallest state in America. Providence, RI. Which is probably why I like traveling so much now.
