More about Verena K....
What do you love about your job?
Working as a photographer has provided me with the opportunity to work with lots of very interesting and diverse groups of people. I love meeting new people, learning new things, trying new equipment, solving problems, applying my new skills and seeing the results. Everyday presents a new challenge, a new project, a new pose, new lighting technique, I'd like to explore. I love to research and keep things fresh.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have experience doing every type of portraiture from newborns to Horse. I am happy to instigate ideas during our session but the more of you I get, the better. My aim is for it to be fun, exciting and personal. I have no set agenda and like to base my sessions on who you are, so clothes and props that reflect your personality and tell your story are always helpful. When working with children and babies, it can often make them feel more relaxed having familiar items close by.
A fun fact about this photographer
I trained and did my Masters in Documentary photography at Dalian University, China. I would say this was one of the highlights of my photography journey. Living for 7 months with other photographers; exploring all over China. Such fun!
