More about Peter N....
What do you love about your job?
What I love about my job is that it gives me the opportunity to express myself and capture the essence of a moment in a still framework. Photography is more than just taking pictures, it’s creating art and telling stories. I love to see the reactions of my clients when they see their photos and how they reflect their personality and emotions. Being able to do that for a living is a dream come true.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
One of the most rewarding shoots that I have done was for a mom and pop restaurant in Hokkaido that served authentic and delicious tempura food. I was honored to work with them and to showcase their amazing dishes with professional photos. They were so happy and impressed with the results, and they thanked me for helping them boost their business and reputation. I felt great joy seeing their smiles and satisfaction. I made their shoot special by applying my passion and skill for food photography, and by creating a warm and friendly rapport with them. I also respected and appreciated their culture and cuisine, and I captured the essence and flavor of their food. It was a wonderful experience!
