What do you love about your job?

There is no close second, it's the people. Working with all of the unique personalities and hearing some of the most amazing stories is absolutely riveting. It is a great feeling when you deliver photos that capture them as they see themselves. The experience is irreplaceable.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

Here's an example. I did a restaurant shoot and the owner's son told me that their father never smiles for any photos, no matter what. I took it as a challenge to see if I could make it happen. Honestly, it was easy for me to get him to smile because I treated him as a friend and it happened. His family loved it.

A fun fact about this photographer

I started playing drums when I was 5 and I absolutely loved it. When I went into the Air Force I toured with the local Air Force showcase band.
