More about Ivan M....
What do you love about your job?
I love the process of shooting and looking for a place. With traditional photography, you look for a one-side great place to shoot like a seaside, waterfall, people etc. In 360 photography I look for the full circle picture that surrounds the point I want to shoot. In 360 photography everything around will be visible including the photographer and even a tripod that holds a camera. This is very tricky as you need to look for a great place, sun rays, shadows and a bright place which will affect a shoot. A funny fact - as a photographer I look for something around the place that I can hide behind during the shooting process. Usually, when you see a photographer at work, you see him behind the camera. But this is not the case with 360 cameras. The photographer is behind an object that hides him sometimes in funny postures like lying on the ground and squeezes to the object behind.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done real estate shoots and created virtual tour for a seamless walk-thru experience. I made shoots in city landscapes, ocean views and other businesses shoots.
A fun fact about this photographer
Once I was making shooting Anzac Square in the city I lined on the ground behind concrete and bypass people were looking at me like I am homeless until they noticed a camera with multiply lenses and started to smile.
