What do you love about your job?
Storytelling is one of my favourite things in life. Stories are a popular form of art. It could be for a story of your wedding, birthday, christening or a celebration of a special event; with photography a story can be pictured and therefore seen and felt more profoundly at a visual level. However, art is a lie that tells us the truth. So alleviated patience and thorough preparation are of paramount importance for myself, when creating every photograph telling that unique story. This makes every one of my shoots a unique and personalised production created through a reflective lens of my personal experience. It results in the pleasure, joy and amazement of my clients which in turn makes me love my job.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done photography for a great number of events such as weddings, engagement parties, corporate, birthdays, christenings, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Christmas, and NY celebrations. Having 7 years of experience in hospitality event management was actually a great benefit for me as a photographer - knowing all the key stages, understanding the agenda and important elements of the flow. My special touch was to learn in-depth what "ticks the boxes" for my client and then complete the shoot having this emphasis in mind.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
In 2020 I had taken part in accomplishing a photoshoot for CityRail transport officers advert campaign. The images were published in 2021 in print and digital forms on all the transport networks of CityRail in NSW. A great number of my photos and videos have been used to promote my clients' branding on the web and social media.
A fun fact about this photographer
When I was a kid I always wanted to become a doctor just like my parents. I wanted to help people get well surviving the moments of pain and despair. Now as an adult, I have become a professional photographer helping people to do the complete opposite: to memorize their special moments of joy and love living life. I have learned to capture on camera all of these truly beautiful aspects of life indefinitely.
