How did you get started with photography

When I was in high school, my teacher told us our final project has to include a video of our life so my mom bought me a camcorder. Once I got to college, I bought a camera and enjoyed telling stories through photos. Since college, I've been focused on honing my craft and providing clients with a interesting style of photography.

What do you love about your job?

I love photography for multiple reasons. First, I love meeting new people. Photography allows me to meet all types of people across the world and learn about a piece of their story. My second reason is, I enjoy the responsibility of capturing quality photos and tell people stories through this digital medium. Lastly, photography provided me a space to be creative and empower myself as a business owner.

What are some of your favorite places in New Orleans to take photographs?

I love shooting in my studio, hidden gems in city park, the W hotel, and the lower garden district.
