Who owns the copyright to the photos? You own full copyright for the images you have purchased from your gallery. This means you can use, reproduce and publish your photos however you like and you never have to repurchase your photos. You can view our full terms at www.snappr.com/terms.
Will my photos be edited? All Snappr photoshoots come included with standard editing to ensure that your photos will look amazing for your business! This involves calibrating the colour temperature, exposure, sharpness, contrast, as well as cropping and adjusting other parameters.
How do I reschedule or change my booking? You can change or reschedule your booking as long as you contact Snappr 24 hours before our photoshoot appointment. Please contact Snappr support at www.snappr.com/contact and a customer service representative will be happy to help you with your booking.
